Sydney based developers approached the Rendersmart team to produce an engaging dusk 3D photomontage located in Parramatta Sydney. This Harris Park project required an exterior photomontage, high quality bedroom 3D renders and supporting 3D floor Plan artwork to help visualise the one, two and three bedroom units. 

Using one of Sydney's outstanding professional photographers Adam Firth we were able to capture our streetscape photo at the right time of day to produce a twilight style 3D perspective.

 

The 3d Photomontage requires precise photo matching by collecting camera, lens information, distance and height from the subject and utilise this data in our 3D Rendering software to ensure our model matches the correction position and perspective for seamless integration. Additionally the photo is cleaned up to remove unwanted elements such as graphite, trash cans and anything left on the street that we are unable to move in the photo shoot process. Once aligned our artists then match the lighting conditions and contrast to blend into the surrounding environment.

 

To complement the photomontage a series of interior images, 3d Floor Plans and also interactive versions of the floor plans were produced which can be seen below.

3D floor plans are a wonderful addition to assist potential customers who typically can't visualise typical 2D plans. Whilst due to the perspective of the plans and even with presented in an isometric manner often some detail can be lost in some area of the image hidden by walls. This is where our interactive floor plans really shine allowing customers to rotate the plans a full 180degrees.
