Designing a Modern Waste Facility – From Concept to Completion in 8 weeks

The client needed a clear and professional exterior and interior design to showcase a modern waste facility. The goal was to help stakeholders visualise the ‘idea’ and ensure the concept aligned with functional and environmental requirements.

From the outset, we worked closely with the client to capture their vision. Using reference information, greenfield site details, and brand assets, our design team developed a realistic concept that reflected the scale and purpose of the facility.

The process was straightforward and highly collaborative with our fantastic client. Each stage, from initial ideas to photorealistic renders,  was handled with efficiency, allowing the client to review and approve at every step without delays.

The client received polished imagery that not only represented the architectural layout but also conveyed the modern, environmentally responsible approach behind the facility. The final visuals are now being used as a presentation tool for approvals, investor discussions, and community engagement.

The success of this project came from clear communication with the client from the start, efficient workflows that allowed us to model, refine and finalise quickly, and a strong focus on realism and detail to ensure the facility was presented in its best light.
