Thanks to a kind referral we were lucky enough to be introduced to Sydney based developers DB Living Pty Ltd in partnership with Ray White Sydney.

The Project

Designed by leading Sydney firm Couvaras Architects which we have a great long term relationship with our Team set out to firstly aid in the Development Application (DA) process and provide a single 3D photomontage from the street to assist council visualise the design, its bulk and features. Working with the Architects and Council we worked through their requirements to settle on a design that was successfully approved and was able to be marketed and the development sold as a whole.

It’s a great feeling to work on a project from it’s infancy through to completion and having the ability to work through with the Architects with the council process and then the estate agents for marketing was a great privilege.
